[HAND DRAWN ANIMATION]

In the valleys of country side France, a lumberjack named Ben, and his wife Felicity, are trying to have a baby. One day, after a hard day chopping down trees in the wilderness, a mythical tree-like creature is awoken to his friends and family dead and gone. This creature, known as a Jetsy, with a magical wand that resembles a stick, sets out to ruin Ben's life for destroying his own. A world that was once hand drawn is slowly turning CG by the hands of the Jetsy - and once Computer Generated, characters and objects become lifeless, emotionless, and mindless of anyone around them.
The downtown village slowly changes into a center of CG animated people just going through the motions of their day to day activities: opening doors that are hand drawn - but the knobs are CG, the local petstore - at one point full of life - now completely quiet and mechanic, and the bakery sets out a sign that says only hand drawn characters are allowed to enter.
Ben sees his friends and family turning into something he's not, and he doesn't know what to do. His wife no longer cooks breakfast the same way he remembers, the puppy they adopted to practice raising a child with is now a CG animal that lazily walks around everywhere - and even the birds, once full of life flocking around in the sunset sky, look abnormal to him. He realizes that the only way he can get his wife, friends, and the world he knew back, is to destroy it with an axe, and start over.

Consider doing principal shots that mirror each other: one that is hand drawn, and one that is CG (such as a flock of birds in the sky).

Also, do Rumpelstiltskin (hand drawn)
